Your Spectra Sculpt device is designed for cosmetic use only and for individuals in good health. Please read this safety precautions carefully before opening this device.

DO NOT USE if the following conditions apply: Patient with heart disease, cardiac pacemaker, any electronic implanted devices, high fever, cancer, a recent history of cancer, tumor, infectious disease, recent skin wound, any kind of skin disease (acne, subcutaneous inflammations, sores, psoriasis, eczema, rash, rosacea), acute illness, bruxism, pregnancy, sunburn, vasodilation, metal implants, epilepsy, and simultaneous use of medical electrical devices or any other electrical device (e.g., ear-pods).

 

• Do not use if you have acne or are prone to inflammation on the skin or any skin conditions.

• Do not use without conductive gel pads if you have sensitive skin.

• Do not use if you have any dental metal implants or metal fillings. excluded are wires, usually left over from braces, attached to the front teeth, which do not interfere.

• Do not place conductors on your neck or move them up to your eyes/forehead.

• Do not use if you have a history of epilepsy or seizures.

• Do not use if you recently had plastic surgery or other surgeries.

• Do not use if the skin is freshly injured or sunburned.

• Stop using immediately if you get persistent headaches, feel irritated, dizzy, pain, or hot. Treatment should never be unpleasant.

• Do not touch the metal part with your fingers while in use.

• The long-term effects of stimulation are not known.

 

ADVERSE REACTION: Some users with sensitive skin may experience skin irritation or hypersensitivity due to electrical stimulation. The irritation can usually be avoided by lowering the intensity level and treatment time. Allergic reactions, skin irritation, or burns beneath the electrodes have been reported with powered muscle stimulators. If you experience any allergic reaction, irritation or burning, discontinue use.
