Our policy is valid to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from anywhere else then please contact them directly. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase,

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product must be unopened

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must be unused


All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we unfortunately can not issue a refund.


This can happen from time to time during the shipping process. Please email us directly at customercare@spectrasculpt.com and we will help to make it right and get you a replacement immediately.


Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.


In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise authorization. Please note: assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase.

International customers must return with shipping mark DDP. Any duties/tax that may apply from the return shipment crossing the border will be deducted from the refund.

It is the responsibility of the sender to pay for the shipping costs with regards to the items that you wish to return (excluding warranty). Kindly note, that we will not refund any of the shipping costs or tax payed.

We recommend  to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. SPECTRA SCULPT does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned. Please forward tracking details to customercare@spectrasculpt.com

Ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, we then may reject a refund.

Please allow 5-10 business days to inspect your product. If purchased directly from SPECTRA SCULPT and if a refund is applicable, credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.



1-to-1 product replacement.

SPECTRA SCULPT manufactures its products to the highest standards. Each device undergoes rigorous design, safety, manufacturing, inspection and quality tests for every component before they reach you at consumer level.

Every SPECTRA SCULPT device comes with a serial number to certificate authenticity. We kindly advice you to register your device with your serial no. at www.spectrasculpt.com/register to ensure your purchase is 100% covered.

If your SPECTRA SCULPT device does not operate correctly or got damaged during shipping, please follow our warranty & return policy below:

SPECTRA SCULPT will replace its devices qualified for warranty. Every purchased device includes one (1) year of warranty for any manufacturer-related problems from normal use of the device and is not refreshed with replacement devices. Warranties are only valid if returned within the warranty period, have a serial number and a receipt. The warranty will be considered void if the product has been subjected to an accident, misuse, improper repair, or any other use not listed in the printed instructions.
